How to change your account details including password change

When you as a customer register on the Physio-Med website the system will automatically assign you a password. This password may not be memorable to you and can cause problems when you wish to log in at a later date. To overcome this please follow these simple steps to assign yourself a new password that you will remember.

Login or Register

New customers need to register their details, click on the 'register' button at the top of the page and fill in the form. You will then be given a unique SYSTEM assigned password.

Log out and return using the unique System assigned password

When you log out log back in to the Physio-Med site.

Using the system assigned password you log back in to the site. This will take you to a 'continue' or 'Edit' button.

Use the 'Edit' button to open an input details box. Here you can view and alter your details and password to a more memorable one.

Type a new password.

Once the new password has been typed you may press the 'submit' button. Your password has now been altered, You will see a small 'Updated' above the input details box. congratulations you may now use this new and more memorable password when you re-visit the Physio-med site

Continue on through to the on-line shopping site

Now simply press the 'continue' button to go through to the site.
